Forgiveness, the ability to relinquish negative feelings from experiences or perceptions, acute or peripheral, real, perceived, or imagined from violations or infractions be it first or a serial occurrence. The mechanism through which one or another obtains freedom if not from another from oneself.
Interactions in the cosmos and our multifaceted spheres of influence have experiences real, perceived, imagined, inspired, acute, peripheral, situational, and circumstantial. These encounters intentional, random, and spontaneous allow for many diversified causes, effects, and rationales. The mechanism used for adjustment or change in vector of azimuth is as diverse as is an experience, or group of recollections and encounters. The options for engagement, neutralization, or escalation are as multifaceted and complex as is anything among the celestial.
Opportunities and the journey of life offer and bring many occasions by which one person or many people may violate, or upend, the statusquo or the realm of the acceptable norm. Upon reflection, how does one or another obtain forgiveness? Is there anything such as true forgiveness? True forgiveness? Is it is easy to forgive and forget or just let go? What are social realistic expectations of forgiveness and the unforgivable? Relativity in relation to rationale and circumstance in terms of understanding the unforgivable, or the perceived unconscionable, is it a new sanity? Can a never ending hurt repeatedly encountered through trauma ever be seen as forgiven?
True forgiveness in relation to being a fool is a quite real thing in the holistic approach to absolution and forgiveness. In many cases life and occasion award us an opportunity to experience hurt, loss, rejection, or violations of our usual norm. Many of us have had the close friend, coworker, spouse, or significant other greet us with an unmet expectation. Be the expectation a small infraction or a major life altering event, perceptions and feelings arrive with interpretation to create a sense of loss, hurt, anxiety, and mistrust.
Suddenly given circumstances and recollection of memories past they combine with experience and realization of lost potentiality. In relation to forgiveness we may be forced to face our experiences, realities, perceptions, rationale, and inadequacies. This can given a direct or peripheral effect, create a blockage or stalemate to true "wholesome and healthy" norms of the modus operandi of skip it and move on, forgive and forget, and live and let live.
Throughout history there have been many techniques and mechanisms used to obtain forgiveness. Throughout the ages some have deployed, or implemented, a wide array of mechanisms, techniques, and tactics to obtain and often prove forgiveness or worth among others. Some repentant techniques or mechanisms require little to no effort to acknowledge, accept, and move onward. It would be interesting acknowledging and finding how many philosophies or cultures express, show, or prove forgiveness given various criteria.
Various philosophies require steps or rituals of test to obtain, or prove repentance, or encounter forgiveness. Some philosophies require the recreation of history. The mimic, or recreation, of close to exact circumstances under which an infraction or violation of the ever changing new normal was experienced or perceived. This process is used in experiencing and extracting hope of a change or alteration to behavior, enhanced perspective, or thought process.
Other philosophies require a more intense process, the possible reliving of past infractions in a seemingly virtual realm in the present, real or perceived, acknowledged or unrealized, this is used as a mechanism to acknowledge past happenings, infractions, and occurrences to arrive at a station of clarity, perspective, change, or rebirth.
There is also the blood sacrifice, the sacrificial sacramental offering for the atonement of violations, infractions, or misdeeds. This is a popular method of atonement for many philosophies as an offering of atonement for the redemption of ones own infractions or others. There are many methods to atone, circumcision, ritual slaughter, and Judeo-Christian means to name a few. There are numerously more other means philosophy's teach, adhere to, or use to obtain forgiveness and earn redemption through repentance and these are only a few.
What is repentance? What is acceptable repentance? Is there such a phenomenon known as repentance and is it a realistic possibility? Is forgiveness a mere matter of statistic and probability? Does given human nature and continual happenings of the human experience, and personal or group limitations, enable repentance to even be rational?
Is reflection and memory as a characteristic of the human condition able to meet any criteria of forgiveness or repentance? The circumstances and experiences of the human condition are ever changing and adapting. Human nature and the condition to skip and move on are seldom realistic given the frequent condition to reflect and ponder the past, present, or future. Sleep is vital to the body as is the need for self time. These private moments enable recollection, thinking, and rationale scenarios abounding with never ending openings, plots, and conclusions. These triggers of life as we meander through melee of blah enable these moments almost continually as human experience.
Perception, reality, and human nature in relation to punishment, forgiveness, and repentance are relative in rationale and measure given degree or circumstance. Human nature, psychology, and recollection combine to create the criteria necessary for the elements of skip and move onward. Human nature is exponential in change given the journey of life. Skip it and move on, recollection, experience, and personal inadequacies are our determiners of action in any direction or rationale.
The practicality and realistic nature of things rely upon inadequacies combined with the human condition. Recollection, reflection, and rationale? Forgiveness, repentance, and skip and move onward? A relative notion, possibility, or the dishonesty of the melee of blah? All are situational or experiential, determined or supported upon inadequacies, relativity, and rationale.
