Official Disclosure to the Press,.Public, and whom it may concern as pertains to the development of a homeless shelter.

I, Thomas Collins Jr. have an indifferent opinion and conviction at this time regarding the development of a homeless shelter. Having served in the military and having traveled abroad I feel, or believe, the government and private sectors will do as willed. I am not knowledgeable about the issues surrounding the development, as many observations, facts, and perceptions are common place.

Distinction of variables has left me indifferent to a defined opinion or position of bias or premature anxiety regarding this matter. Having resided in Portland, Maine for almost all of my life the present situation presents a predetermined reality or pliable alternatives. I, Thomas Collins Jr., have and will continue to attend meetings and have candid or pragmatic conversation regarding the homeless shelter or any other issue people may feel the proclivity to discuss.
